I'm impressed with the brightening effect of this potent vitamin C serum and how my skin tone is evening out after using it for over a week.I use it at bedtime because of its high potency (20%). You can feel it start to work immediately as it tingles on contact, so using it at bedtime ensures I stay out of the sun while it works its magic. It has a lovely silky texture, and I find it spreads flawlessly on moist skin. I would definitely purchase this product again!

The BEST vitamin C lotion. My skin is so refreshed and soft with this serum. I have been using for about 3 years and have gifted to my young adult daughters.

Bottle was unsealed and so was box it came in. There was no tubing attached to the pump so it wouldn’t dispense the product. I read other reviews and it appears that this is a common problem so the company should check into their production.

So far so good! After using this product twice a day for a little over a week (not mixing with any other active products or clashing ingredients), my splotchy skin looks more even and overall more vibrant. I have tried Vitamin C serums before and this one beats them all. It has a nice consistency that blends right into my skin— no sticky or oily residue or scent . After the initial sting, you forget it is even on your skin. Every layer on top sits beautifully.

I love the contents of the product itself. This is my second bottle so I'm a fan of the formula. Its lightweight, it brightens the skin, it delivers what it promises.However, the packaging is awful. The second bottle now where I struggle to get product through the pump. It never works right and I spend a lot of time fidgeting with it, removing the top and trying different angles to get it to work and there is no other way to access the product without destroying the packaging. This product is too pricey to have packaging that does not work.

First let me say that this is a good, surprisingly potent vitamin C serum, for anyone who's looking to add more brightening and antioxidant power to their routine. However, it's not exactly your typical serum so just be aware that you may have to tweak your routine when using.As some others have noted, it has an unusual, slightly gritty feel when worn on bare skin, and I found it prone to pilling in that instance. After playing around with it, I found this works best when applied to a wet face (right after washing, or spritzed with a facial mist)—as long as the face is wet, the product seems to sink in easily and doesn't pill up under other products.My only other note is that, like many vitamin c serums, it has a very particular oily/metallic scent (if you know, you know). I found the smell to be less intense than the Skinceuticals serum, but still pronounced enough I caught whiffs of it throughout the day. If you're sensitive to that, take note—otherwise a great choice.

Love, love, love this product! I have never used a skin moisturizer that felt as SMOOTH as this when applying it to my skin. It also leaves an amazingly smooth feel to the skin. I can see a noticeable reduction in the frown lines on my forehead. I also love that this moisturizer is fragrance-free and is made with Vitamin C! I highly recommend BeautyStat Universal C Refiner!

Seems like it would be a good product IF it didn't pill so bad but the pilling is horrible. No matter how little I use or when I use it it all pills. Hard to believe it can be that beneficial for that reason. For the amount I paid for this I will not be repurchasing for this reason
