Fresh and very clean feel
I switched to this toothpaste from Macleans several years ago and I haven’t looked back.It is pricey when sold at full price, but it can often be bought at half price which I feel is well worth the money.The toothpaste has a pleasant taste, leaves my mouth feeling clean and fresh and isn’t grainy, like some toothpastes. It also leaves my teeth feeling really clean and smooth. Despite having lots of staining foods my teeth have maintained their whiteness after being professionally whitened several years ago (I almost shared a photo but thought no one needs to see my mouth haha…). I also always get a good bill of health from my dentist.I can’t imagine switching toothpastes at this point.

Not good for sensitive teeth
Very good for a deep clean, however for whatever reason it makes your teeth ache after a while. Would not recommend if you have sensitive teeth.
Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste on a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brush gently in circular motions, focusing on all surfaces of the teeth, gums, and tongue for 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. For best results, use twice a day and avoid ingestion. Not suitable for children under 7 years old.
