Don't bother with this product.Advertised including a mounting bracket, none was received.Notified vendor, no results.Returned and bought one from a reputable dealer.

As others have mentioned, there's no mounting bracket included, despite the included instructions clearly implying they should be. (Plus, there's no way to contact Amazon Direct to inquire about it.)Not a huge deal, except the mounting clip is permanently affixed to the cable, which unnessarily adds to the lock's clunkiness. The cable itself seems fine for what it is, a "Level 1 Security" cable lock. But I will say the cable itself is less rigid than others I've had, so it's easier to uncoil and use.UPDATE: I exchanged my lock for a replacement, hoping it would have a bracket, but no. Apparently Amazon got a hold of a stash of "compromised" products that had the bracket removed from the packaging (no doubt to be sold seperately.) And again, there's no way to contact them about it.

Worth the price, but definitely not a heavy duty lock. The cable is pretty skinny, I imagine it would not be very tough to cut through. Where the cable connects to the lock, it is a little finicky and doesn't seem very heavy duty. Again, not bad for the price, but next time I'd probably spend more to get something more heavy duty.

This lock works great, very happy with it.

Lock failed in first month. Luckily it failed open, not closed. Of course it lasted just until the return window closed...

Listing says includes bike mount. This is the second one I received with no mount. Very disappointed!

they say that a lock mount is included .that ls not true .

Bought this at a bike store and it stopped working. My daughter locked her bike at school and we couldn’t open it with the correct code. We had to cut it.

Under "Technical Details", "Included Components" it said: "Combo Lock, Mount". However, the mount was not included. Very annoying.That said, for a combination lock it's solid. It can't be broken by just feeling the resistance of wheels under pull, cable is above average sturdiness. Obviously no match for a bolt cutter, so not suited for high value bikes.
