Q: Colored my hair 30 mins ago with l'oreal "cool light brown" 6c and it didn't cover 40% of the gray. will this work better and which is "cool brown"?

There is our Beautiful Collection Moisturizing Color which is available in 20 shades. The product is formulated with Aloe-Vera and jojoba Oil and leaves hair with a luminous shine. This product can last up to 6 weeks depending on hair washing routine. We have our Beautiful Collection Advanced Gray Solution which is available in 9 shades and provides gray coverage on hair that is up to 50% gray. This product lasts up to 12 shampoos. We also have our Jazzing. This product is available in 15 Bold shades and can last 4 to 8 shampoos when applied with heat. All of these products are ammonia and peroxide free. Q: Would this be considered a box dye? My stylist does not want me to use box dye.

Q: What's the difference between light neutral brown & light neutral rich brown?

The difference between shade 4N and 4NN is that 4NN is a gray busters so it will provide better gray coverage, with the possibility of making the hair look a little bit darker.
