I liked this product because it works well in the dark and is also loud enough for people to hear .

I have a nephew that adores any police dress up or related items. Though he is autistic, and this is one of his fixations. He got an electric police motorbike for Christmas, but unfortunately, this arrived with no siren, only flashing lights. I thought this would be perfect addition for him to use alongside his new bike…Pro———* X2 AA Batteries are required, so most have this amount lying around as most gadgets usually use 3+.* The siren fastens easily to handlebars or scooter handlebar frames. However, that said the supplied Phillips screws can be a little temperamental to tighten. Particularly the battery close latch.* The flashing lights are bright. And flash in a horizontal pattern. I wouldn’t say their intense. And most children wouldn’t be bothered by.Con———* Non-adjustable sound levels surely adding this feature would be easy to incorporate.* No batteries are supplied with the item, even considering the price. And the overall cheapness of the build quality. In all honesty this item feels no more than a couple of pounds and is not worth the current asking price.Overall———If the noise level were adjustable, it would be somewhat satisfactory. If you have ever heard an attack alarm or similar, then one of the selections modes is very similar both in sound and intensity and quite frankly irritating and not for use in residential areas as I’m sure there will be plenty of annoyed neighbours and parents. Would I recommend it? Unfortunately not, due to the price and the unfortunate irritating sound levels and overall cheapness of the item. As mentioned, he is autistic and has Hyperacusis (sensitivity to overly loud notices). Unfortunately, he cannot use this because this is far too intense, and he can become excessively irritated and distressed. This will more than likely see the bottom of the waste bin or be recycled.
