AWESOME STOOL / ROLLS MUCH BETTER THAN EXERCIZE BALL CHAIR
Wow this is the stool for anyone that does a lot of work at a desk, but doesn't want to stay there forever. Rolls much easier than my old exercise ball chair did. What People need to realize is that locking castors LOCK and often when you don't want them tooPROS: Non-locking wheels. Adjustable height. Super easy to adjust although I usually have it as low as it goes. (Yes only 5" and low desk too) Well covered and nice material over the chair. Love the sturdiness of the chromed base. Very solid construction, hard to believe under $50CONS: Okay one minor drawback. Whatever foam was used in construction compresses flat to the point that you feel like you are sitting on bare wood. That problem was easily solved with a wool pad I had for my old captains chair, or my balance pad when I'm feeling like I miss my old yogaball chair. I do miss having a real chair on rare occasions as chairs have backs you can lean against when tired. Foam is reason I knocked off 1 star for comfort, but still a five star stool.Yes I'd buy this again, and recommend to a friend.

fantastic to use for jobs close to the ground
i loved how easy it was to assemble! and it is exactly what i wanted. i'm getting older and i like to have something to sit on when i'm cleaning out my woodburner - this seat is the perfect height for doing that; i also use it when i want to stir up the coals and add wood. i'll be using it too for when i need to use hand vac around table legs and "underneath" areas like computer desk and kitchen counters. the wheels roll very easy and the seat is comfortable enough for occasional use. and at 31 dollars (which is less than HALF it's listed price) it's a great deal! edit - used this now for a month it's fantastic. while sitting on it, it rolls EFFORTLESSLY. this is the stool you want !

No tools needed
It was so easy to put together. I didn't need a single tool or directions really. Everything just fit together obviously and perfectly.

Good stool; not the most fluid rolling though
Good stool. This is my second rolling stool for my sewing studio, and it's comfortable and easy to assemble. Only complaint is that it doesn't roll super well - doesn't let me swirl all around the room like my other one.

Good little stool except ………
I really liked this little stool. It was inexpensive and sturdy. The wheels were free rolling. The seat was comfortable. Except one thing. After about a year and a half, the spring piston died. One day without warning it simply did not stay at the height it was supposed to. No matter what I did, it seemed to lose air pressure and the shock just compressed under my weight. I was disappointed to say the least because everything about it was very good. It has a strong metal base. The casters where solid. The only thing that failed was the piston shock that held up the seat. Don’t know if this happened to other people who purchased this but now I have to buy another stool.

Lowest adjustable height I could find!
I looked for hours to find a stool that would adjust lower than 18"! Also wanted something that would easily slide out of the way when not in use. This is a super basic adjustable rolling stool and is exactly what I was looking for. It's functional, comfortable and great quality for the price. The stool was easy to assemble, however the wheels confused me and didn't see instructions for that part. Eventually figured out that they pop right in!

Great buy!
This is the only one I could find that goes low to the floor. Have had for over six months and the cushion is still great. Definitely would buy if you like to sit low like me but it is adjustable
