Swerve is the best tasting sweetener and does not cause allergic reactions for our family. It can be used 1 to 1 like sugar and works well for our gluten- free, dairy-free, sugar- free baking.

Stevia substitute
I usually use Stevia, but recently found out that it shouldn't be used for baking or in hot drinks. Heat will start to break Stevia down at temperatures above 400 degrees Fahrenheit. I was glad when I found Swerve, but noticed that it didn't have as much of the brown sugar taste as the Stevia, so I had to add more.

Quality and Tasty!
This is a great product to replace real brown sugar. As a diabetic and a grandma that loves to bake.. I keep the sugar to a minimum. My grandkids love my baking. It’s a 1:1 ratio.
