I bought one for my workshop bench where I do a fair bit of soldering and close up inspection work.Brilliant is the only way to describe it. A bright light and it saves having to swap and change glasses.The magnifyer stays in place and is easily moved and positioned.

Does everything i need for my illustration at a very competitive price. It's very sturdy but not indestructible- make sure to use a table that's to spec, don't force it, and keep an eye on how tight you have the fastenings

While this is quite good, for me it fails on a few points so I am not likely to buy any more. First off, the on/off button is on the lead, for a magnifier lamp I prefer the on/off to be on the head as you're more likely to pull the head down to view something, so having the on/off on the head is much preferred for me. Secondly as it's got an on/off click button rather than a toggle or switch, you can't attach it to a remote-controlled switch as it doesn't remember its state so if you turn it on, then disconnect it from power, if you then reconnect it to power it doesn't remember its state so stays off. Other than that though it is quite good, very bright and would work well as a USB-powerbank-powered free-standing light for reading.

Unfortunately the plug didn’t work after a couple of weeks but the usb into a decent plug works.The light itself is great and is still fully functioning.

The light was very small, had to move my beauty couch to fit over couch.very disappointed

Excellent. It’snow permanently fixed on my work table. Cant find any fault what so ever.
