The best wall plugs you can buy...
I use their 6/8/10mm plugs in cob, plasterboard and concrete. You can't beat them. I had a punch bag bracket pull out of a concrete block wall. Replaced the original bolts and metal sockets with these and they're rock solid.

Very good quality heavy duty fixings
The design of the plugs are better than most generic plugs of this size. Very easy to insert, even with a few taps from a hammer without bending the ends.

Bent my wall!!
Bought these to hold my tv bracket onto my solid brick wall. Well… they are bloody strong! Had to loosen a couple as I slightly over tightened and it kinked the bloody wall. Could easily hold the weight of a sumo wrestler!!
