Before retiring and living on fixed income, I consistently bought furnishings that were well-designed, modern, in a quality level I describe as "4 out of 5 - 5 being top quality. With good care, my furnishings could last and stay beautiful as long as I needed them - not top quality/price (value) but above-average.My tastes have not changed, but my budget sure has. Finding Nathan James products has been a joy for me. I purchased the Lucy table after tons of research on Amazon and elsewhere. When it arrived, we assembled it without trouble (my husband was able to do it himself - as usual defying the directions that advise two people at certain steps of assembly.) However, there was a noticeable fault on the pedestal base that was there when we unboxed. I thought I could tolerate it, but after it was assembled, I found it bothered me, and I could not tolerate the blemish.I contacted customer support assuming they would send metal paint or a new base. Their response was some of the most phenomenal customer service I've ever experienced. They replaced the table. And they now have a delighted customer for life. I will go to them first to match future furnishing needs they happen to supply.The table itself is solid and looks terrific in the nook where we have it set up with two Cherner chairs. We understand that the table top is not marble and we treat it accordingly. After five months of daily use, it looks as good as new.It's always a joy to "love" a purchase. We both love this one.

The bottom part has so much weight but overall, a beautiful piece.The downside is how it’s packed. Had to completely empty the box to get to the small parts to put everything together.

My husband and I have coffee at this table each morning. This is a well-made and sturdy table. My friend purchased a real marble table like this at a well-known furniture store, she spilled red wine and now there's a permanent stain on her table. We spill all the time on our Amazon table, and it wipes easily - no staining :)

Unfortunately I had to return it as it was on the smaller size. But the quality looked great!

What a great addition to our kitchen nook. It's a great price for the quality! We've had it for 4 months now and it sits directly in the sunlight during the summer and it's still in great condition. Not only is the quality great for the price, I was really impressed with the customer service. Our table didn't arrive with the hardware to put the table together. I reached out directly to [email protected] and they were able to ship out the hardware within the week. In addition, we were randomly sent Godiva chocolates a month later and it was truly the nicest thing! I can't say enough nice things about them and their customer service teams. I'll definitely be looking at their furniture for any future needs.

The table arrived with 6 missing bolts.I'd rather buy IKEA for cheaper.It's is currently clutter, leaned up against the wall.

It took me a while to decide to buy this product or not. I was worried about the quality of the product in terms of value for money (it is not cheap compared to other similar items) and how it actually looked with Faux Marble pattern (what if it looked cheap since it was made out of MDF + decal sticker). Plus, chances of me getting defected item.It turned out that I am very satisfied with the product. The delivery was super fast and I got the perfect piece without any defected item.- It is very sturdy, it looks bougie, and it is photogenic (instagrammable).- The table top wobbled a bit so I reassembled to screw the bolt tighter, and it doesn't wobble anymore.

My daughter bought this table 2 years ago and it’s gorgeous! This table garners so many compliments. When a family member needed a small table for a different apartment, we knew the exact table for the job. This time we purchased the last one which was noted it was a box open. Amazon said it was quality checked via a sticker on the item. The table top was bashed in, the base was scraped in numerous area, there was no base and no screws. How could they sell this item?!?! So we returned the table and am debating purchasing one from the company itself. Was it a fluke or has the quality gone down?
