Love these. Crisp clear sound. I love the fact that they are magnetic and clip themselves together when not using.

Sometimes it's nice to lie in bed and listen to music, but these earbuds stick out so far that you can't lean your head without discomfort. I wish I had known they were that oversized. Also, the covering on the audio jack is so thick it can't plug into my phone with the case on.

These are some of the best sounding earbud-type devices I've ever heard! They rival the ones that came with my Samsung S20 phone! The "rose gold" is a gorgeous color, even if it's not very golden, and the pink metallic look is really pretty. The ONLY issue I have with them is that I have super-small ears, including the outer "shell" and the ear canals, and the straight aluminum sides of these earbuds pushes on the cartilage in my ear and makes a sore spot after I've been listening a while. If only they had machined that little bit next to where the foam or rubber/silicone pads connect and rounded it off they would be PERFECT! If you are sitting on the fence, and the "shell" part of your ear isn't abnormally small, you'll LOVE these, I promise! You can't beat them for the price, and this brand is trying really hard to be a high-end, luxury brand. You should snap these up while you can still get them for a decent price!UPDATE: Last Sunday the volume slider on the controller/mic/mute went out and the slider had to be held down with some force. The next day, the whole right earbud went dead. I contacted KLIM and they RUSHED to apologize, and send out a new unit. I was only down to one earbud for a few days! The new unit is just the same as the original, and I love it even more! When I received the new unit I thanked KLIM and made sure the new set would carry out the warranty, and they said that it does. I've got 4.5 more years on this pair, KLIM, and I'm sure I'll love every minute of it! Thanks AGAIN, KLIM, YOU ARE WONDERFUL!!!

Has a static sound intended as a gift but was unusable because of this.

I love the color, I chose the purple. These were to replace the same model (those were white) that I broke. These are just as nice, but even cooler in purple!

The option of regular earphones or the foam ones is a fantastic option because sometimes the regular ones fall out of my ears. I am enjoying the fit of the foam earphones right now. The microphone/play/pause/answer call option is great along with a slide for volume really makes this product standout. It comes with a splitter and a great carrying case that is quality. I'm very happy that such an affordable product is available. I bought a blue pair, fav color, but there are several colors to chose from which makes them easy to standout among the standard black/white cords we have for our electronics. Great packaging as well with stickers and an insert about staff with a letter to customers that is humorous and shows this brand likes some self deprecating humor, which is the best!! Will purchase for friends/family in near future - best value for the great product you receive!!

I am a pro sound engineer with 20+ years of industry experience.Update: warranty was honored but in less than 2 months the cord has the same problem, the button on the remote doesn’t work, shielding issues. Stay away. These are junk! Customer service was friendly but lied about refunding my money!Update- started breaking after 2 months-the ear buds themseves and the cord is breaking. Awful. Hope they honor the warranty.Huge promises, doesn’t really deliver. This company should spend less on packaging and stickers and more on the product. The build quality itself seems great at first but these fell apart quickly just like cheaper ear buds. But the sound is just ok. Very clear in the mid and high range but bass and low mids are almost non existent. The in ear pads are of nice variety— but there’s not much variation and none fit my ear canal well to isolate sound. They also all fall apart quickly, expect to replace them. These are not noise canceling. The buds themselves are huge and uncomfortable, not very light. They fall out of my ears often. Near impossible to lie on your side and use these- the foam tips mush up or the metal bud jams into your outer ear. These drivers are also not very loud, this means you must turn up your device which is bad for multiple reasons. The controls/mic are just ok as well and they are definitely the cheapest feeling part in the box. The volume slider is a bit flimsy and lacks a high quality feel or good volume gradation. All in all not very good for $20– I’d rather have the quality in the product instead of packaging. Probably would not buy again, but they will work for phones calls ok. I am a professional sound engineer, and have experienced many kinds of headphones/speakers etc. So many deal breakers but Keeping these only because of the 5 year warranty, which I will definitely need.
