This cooler truly deserves all the 5-star ratings. I bought this around 2020 and have used it nearly every day since to carry drinks, full meals, and snacks. It has been dropped, tossed, dragged, cooked in a hot car, and yanked in and out of cabinets, a file cabinet drawer at work, and vehicles, about 1000 times. I have stuffed an incomprehensible number of stainless steel bottles and food storage containers into it, and then severely strained the zippers to shove in just one more thing, yet the zippers still work and look like new. The padded shoulder strap is useful when my hands are full, but it can also easily be tucked away in the back hook and loop closing pocket since I use the rubber handle the most. The small front zipper pocket holds napkins and silverware perfectly. The side mesh pockets with the adjustable straps can securely hold everything from a slim water bottle to a carafe of hot coffee to a 32-ounce huge tumbler. The mesh hasn’t torn despite the abuse my cooler has suffered. I use frozen cooler gel in old Gatorade bottles to keep my food cold, and this lunchbox can keep things cold for hours (indoors, not in a hot car). I have a long commute and work long hours, so I carry a ton of food and beverages around; this cooler is one of the best online purchases I’ve ever made. I’m only buying a new one because the silver lining inside the bottom compartment is quite worn from all the aforementioned use and abuse this lunchbox has endured. Now it’s not pretty, girly, or petite; I do wish I could magically fit all my stuff into one of those cute little lunchbags that looks like a handbag, but that’s not reality. If you need a big cooler for a lot of stuff that will last, this is the one.

This lunch bag has been perfect for my needs. I eat breakfast and lunch at work and I am easily able to pack everything I need in this bag. I generally put the whole thing in the refrigerator, so I cannot attest to how well it keeps things cold, but it seems well insulated. The zippers work well and seem sturdy and the material has held up to daily use. It's easy to wipe clean too. A 40oz cup with handle fits in the side pocket - the extra strap holds it sturdy.

My husband has been using the for several months and it is holding up nicely. Plenty of room; nice to have 2 separate compartments to keep foods separate. Great for sending 2 meals.

This purchase was for my husband and he has been very happy with it. It has two separate compartments so he can keep ice packs and drinks or food in one and snacks in the other. It has two side net pockets that he uses for his mug or thermos as well as additional needs like aspirin bottles or his glasses. The front zipper pocket fits utensils or the liquid dink enhancers like Mia or Crystal Lite just right. We have had it a while and there isn’t any sign of wear. It is durable and lightweight. This was such a useful purchase we use it for travel as well.

This is a good lunch bag. It has the compartments that I like, I do wish the sidewalls were a little more rigid.

I haven't had it very long, but so far so good. Very durable, nice zippers, and it keeps your beers nice and cold

Zippers are poorly designed they all bind at the corners probably due to the fact that the draft tube on the inside of the zippers are too small and two inflexible makes using it harder than it should be. It's still spring and I'm beginning to find the insulation Factor not sufficient even with what are two cups of ice in it it has lost its cooling effect by 1:00 or 2:00 p.m. also, the accommodations for holding a mug are poorly designed and the side elastic buckets will probably fail much sooner than they need to. I do like the two compartment, the top one I use for my day today supplies that do not need to be refrigerated and the bottom part for my perishable food items.
