Helped me conceive
Struggled to conceive for 8 months, took these and fell pregnant. I am almost certain these were the reasons for us being successful. I know have 3 month old baby

Good but Some side effects
I started taking these but don't think they agree with me as they give me throbbing headaches. It made it so difficult to concentrate. I checked my dosage and was taking the right amount and then I reduced it to help with the headaches but they continued.

Great for energy levels and other hormonal issues
I bought these as I have pcos and figured at this point I'll give anything a try. I am now on my second pack. During my first lot I wasn't sure of much difference, my husband assured me there had been a huge change in my mood, energy levels and general well being. I suppose I didn't notice as much as I was concentrating on hair, whether the hair on my head was getting thicker and was the hair on my chin disappearing. However when I ran out the fatigue, hormone headaches and grumpiness all kicked back in. Needless to say I quickly ordered my second pack. While this made little to no difference to the physical sides of pcos it made tremendous differences to my energy levels and got rid of the headaches and grouchiness that has no reason. I would recommend based on my own personal experience

Makes me really forgetful
Honestly, I had high hopes for this supplement because of the studies done for women with PCOS however, every time I took it, it caused me to be really clumsy, extremely tired, and I couldn't remember a thing. Really simple things, like the name of a friend etc. To say the least, it was scary! Bare in mind I couldn't take the 4 tablets that you're supposed to, I could only ever take one. I made sure to start low and build up, and I am glad I did. I'm sorry to say, this product sucks for me. I wouldn't bother and I'd try something different like berberine instead as that doesn't affect your brain directly. Inositol does. I shall not be buying again. I like remembering my own name!
