The box is labeled GLUTEN FREE SOY is an allergen so they must list it in BOLD at the end of the ingredient list, just as they would for MILK or TREE NUYS, and eggs ..... Growing up in New York City, and growing up in a neighborhood of all sorts of ethnic food, Rugelach was always a delight! After Celiac diagnosis I did not think I would ever have that experience again, but KATZ got it right!!!!! Delicious. Yes they are expensive, but in a bakery in NYC they go for over $15 a pound - Holy Cow.... We Celiacs have it hard not only with quantity and quality GF food out there, but the endless searching and the crazy prices can make you nuts...there is a brand out there make loaf of 7 slices of bread that cost over $7 a loaf! WHat the heck...can't even make 4 sandwiches...only 3 and a half.... shame on them Ruglelach are usually only around during holidays, so I treat myself just a few time a year. You won't be disappointed....just like the orginals.

Q: The description states it is a pack of one. Does this mean one "roll" is $8.99? Or is this one box with multiple "rolls"?

Hi, There are packed by weight, so there is now specific amount, but there are about 7-8 rugelech in a box.

Q: Why do you advertise your product as "dairy free" when it has eggs in it?

Because eggs are not dairy 💁🏻

Q: When is the expiration date?

Since you keep them frozen until you're ready to eat them they'll last at the very least 6 months. I've kept them a year with no problems at all.
