Very nice lift however....
Very good quality parts and installation is easy enough other than the control arm swap. (Have a torch and a sledge hammer ready) It rides great, very smooth and fit perfectly on my 82 K1500. Only downfall is I had a 4 inch lift but it was old and worn out. I just wanted to keep it the same. This is not a 4" lift. The blocks are but that's it. The front is a 6" I will now have to buy 6" blocks to level my truck and an adjustable drag link to fix my steering or now lack of. That's another $200 I really didn't care to spend. Other than that it's a nice lift for a fair price

Rough Country is a good and affordable lift—great customer service
Great product—Actually could be considered a 5” kit—only issue was had to purchase 5 “ blocks to get to sit level—-overall everything was good—

Does the job, kit is pretty minimal
Its a discount lift, probably the cheapest way to lift your truck, but its a bit sad how poorly its thrown together. comes with bushings and stuff you dont need, but also doesnt include any replacement hardware. these trucks are old as dirt now most of the hardware is in rough shape if you get things off without cutting. It could include new mounting hardware for shocks and springs etc. Especially new conical washers for the steering arm it only includes new nuts for some reason. the instructions are pretty awful, something out of the 90s at best. Its pretty straightforward but still. some laminated color instructions would be great.

Got The Squats - Truck sits lower in the back, wrong parts
Will not buy rough country again. The front u-bolt was incorrect. The front leaf springs are for a 1-ton. I wanted a 4" lift, bought a 4" lift. Got a rear 4" lift and a front 6" lift. Trucks looks stupid as it sits 2" lower in the rear. My rear leafs are not worn out as the truck didn't sit 2" lower before the lift. Front is clearly a 6" lift and rear has 4" blocks. I ordered 6" blocks for another $150.
