Works great
This fit perfectly in my Amana washer and it's been a few months with no issues at all. It feels like the same quality as the original one and it's definitely cheaper better than other places.

Worked great!
My washer wasnt cleaning clothes good and the pods would stick to clothes. Finally dawned on me to check that the agitator was working. Bypassed the lid switch and saw that tub spun but center agitator didnt move. Found center bolt loose so i tightened it up but it loosened as soon as agitator spun. Took off and found splines had stripped out causing the bolt to spin loose. Ordered this assembly, center bolt and agitator repair kit as they are the frequently bought together recommendation. YOU DO KOT NEED AGITATOR REPAIR KIT! This already has the agitator in it along with the plug and top cap. Only thing not included is the center bolt. Ratchet, extra long extension and a 7/16 or 11mm socket is all the tools you need to replace this part. Installed today and washer is working great.

Received broken parts
Correct item was shipped and item arrived quickly. But, absolutely no packing material in the shipping box and two of the six pieces were broken. Luckily I was able to use the old parts in those instances. The part I needed most was fine and worked well, but I would have been pissed if that was broken too.

part was an exact fit for my roper washing machine model rtw4516fw1. it arrived early and was easy to install. very thankful to GOD for it all! i would purchase again if i needed to.

Did the trick however my one complaint is that it does not include the required bolt, I assembled using the old bolt which was badly rusted, I've ordered a new one so that the rust does not further damage the machine, I believe that's why the original failed as the bolt was so badly corroded it allowed the top assembly to pull free and get damaged. I ordered the replacement bolt for a whopping 5$, frankly I should have just gone to Homedepot and picked up the same Thread with a rubber washer, would have been 450% cheaper! Anyways I want to make sure to have the right part and I believe it has a special tip on the bolt. That part should have been included so I docked one star, but all in all great value.
