This is the only way I will eat salad. Ok maybe that’s a bit dramatic but it IS my favorite way to eat salad! I had this first during a tour in Germany in 2012 and this flavor cannot be duplicated - I have tried. With this secret ingredient of mine I am always asked to bring the salad when we have events- sure np I’ll bring this simple salad! Now this is especially good in a tomato and mozzarella salad with just a bit of chopped red onions. You’re welcome!

My German mother in law LOVES these. They are authentic and reminds her of the old country. She even drinks the remaining juice from the salad long after the cucumbers are gone, lol. These are good!

I've been eating cucumber salad with this mix since I was a kid. My grandparents used to bring it from Europe in the 80s and 90s. I slice cucumbers, add the mix and a touch of olive oil and it's absolutely delicious. Amount of mix used depends on how large of a salad you make. Don't use too much oil either. Start with less and add more as needed.

This seasoning is good but very mild had to add some vinegar and garlic
