I have fibromyalgia which affects my memory and word finding. This product has worked brilliantly and my memory is back to normal and word finding isn't an issue at all. I'd recommended it wholeheartedly. I will definetly keep taking them.

I suffer with anxiety and have done for most of my life. I am always researching what is out there to use which does not rely on chemicals and a doctors prescription. I saw somewhere that this can be useful, so I thought it would be worth my while giving it a try. It is early days yet, but I will stick with it - if I see any really good results I will come back to this review to share it with others who are looking for natural ways to reduce anxiety.

I do know however, that it has been suggested by some that it might help assist with cognitive function, lowering anxiety and depression, reducing the effects of Alzheimer's, increasing circulation and reducing insomnia. That said, while taking these as directed on the packaging, in addition to a bitter melon supplement and my prescription medication I have noticed a fall in blood sugars to a more healthy, lower, reading.The amount of pills in a single plastic bottle container is good, as is the packaging bottle itself. It will survive a knock or being transported while travelling or commuting. The lid is easy to open and does not require dexterity or strength to do so, it is not a child proof lid, just twist and release.The tablets themselves are not malodourous and each tablet is easy to swallow with water or another drink, they do not have a strong taste of any description, which I consider a good point as they are just supplements for swallowing and should not have a taste. I've been taking Gotu Kola for some months and this particular product for a couple of weeks. The effects are noticeable and come on within a half-hour of taking the product. Note it does need to be taken with an oily neal for best results, at the very least MCT oil Coffee.
