I gave this as a gift to my daughter and her boyfriend, who love to cook, and they are delighted at the delicious recipes with a variety of food choices they've never considered for tacos. The recipes are clear and mostly simple, and along with the 2 Taco Holders and Silicone Mat by AT - Best Stainless Steel Taco Rack Tray - Grill, Oven and Dishwasher Safe Taco Shell Stand - Silicone Nonstick Baking Green Mat - Exclusive Taco Recipes e-Book which I gave them, the tacos have been a tasty addition to their personal menu as well as a fun treat at parties. Yes, I can recommend this one!

I live in the southwest and thought I had already experienced any taco ever thought of. I was wrong! Kelley's cookbook gave me dozens of new dishes that are easy to prepare, ingredients are easy to find, and everyone in my family (young and old) have eaten up everything I've made so far. Also very handy book to have when having extra guests, tacos are easy to serve and look beautiful on a buffet.

Almost a different taco for every day of the year! I probably would be happy to try to eat every one of these too but alas my husband being a HUGE Mexican food fan just might cry "uncle" after about 30 days straight. All kidding aside, wonderful ideas and combinations which are all worth exploring. I've so far fixed about 10 of the recipes and been very happy with the results....now I just have (OMG) 290 to go! Enjoy!

I have a book shop featuring local authors and cannot always find their books new, but I want to have them represented in here so I buy their used ones.

So many yummy recipes and interesting combos. Already have made many of the salsas and there is a whole section on fish taocs that we are loving!! Easy to read, and very well put together. Great basic recipes for marinades (Carne Asada YUM!) and helpful hints.

I bought this cookbook after seeing the author at a local event (she grew up in this border town) and wasn't disappointed. The writing is as breezy and fun as Kelley is in person, and there are a bunch of recipes you'll want to add to your favorites. Whip up a batch of margaritas and start exploring - you'll be glad you did.
