PERFECT
These are what I have been looking for. Something that are absorbant but not bulky with belts which can be changed easily. They are comfortable and fit well.

fit is terrible
They are difficult to put on, then to button and the fit is very bad. Maybe it is me, but I have had to work with for a very long time thus far with a basic bedridden husband.

These are extra strength and work amazingly good
My husband has bladder cancer and these belted garment shield work great. We do put pads inside too. WE use the extra strength long pads.

Should you have urinary and/or bowel incontinence and you are employed or otherwise busy then you need the belted underwear. If you have an accident and have to go change and clean up, the belted underwear are what you need. Just pull down your pants or skirt, unbelt and change underwear. You do not have to take your shoes or pants off. These are life savers if you are busy. CLH Alabama
