This is my favorite moisturizer and I try to always keep it on hand. Price is comparable to what you can get at the store.

This moisturizer is a miracle...in gel form. I am in my late 20s and still have combo skin of a teenage girl and still get the occasional breakout along my chin. I used to use products with salicylic acid because that product is sold as something that is supposed to cure, prevent, or lessen breakouts. After using products with that ingredient for years and not seeing a reduction in my breakouts (they were never really bad...more annoying than anything), I decided that maybe I should try something w/out that ingredient that could hopefully control my oily t-zone yet moisturize the rest of my face.THIS MOISTURIZING GEL IS THE WINNER!The gel formula provides just enough moisture to those dry spots but not so much that the oily spots look like an oil slick by the end of the day. I have used it in humid climates and dry climates and it works great in both. There are a few times a year that I will use a normal moisturizer if my skin is feeling extra dry (typically during the winter months). I also really like how soft it makes you skin. It almost leaves my skin feeling like it has a primer on it...and it does seem to make my foundation go on smoother.You will thank Clinique after you use this moisturizer on your combo skin and see the amazing results it produces!

This was a gift for my wife. Her skin is very sensitive, and she has an adverse reaction to many skincare products. She can use any Clinique product without experiencing any problems.

Pricy, but worth it. Adult cystic acne, BUT this face lotion is everything. Not greasy, light, doesn’t make skin problems worse or flare up. Would buy again. Pump straw doesn’t go all the way to the bottom, tho. Leave about 1/4 inch worth in bottom. Still would buy again.

okay real talk - this is a detailed and personal post regarding my individual skin care struggle. your results may vary.since i turned 25, i have struggled with acne like i have never had before. after going my entire life hearing people tell me, “you have beautiful skin!” and having the occasional pimple, i was completely unprepared to deal with the onslaught of blemishes. i didn’t know a lot about skin care at this point in my life because i never had to worry about it. i used moisturizer because my face was incredibly dry (to the point of pain) after a shower and that was it. i didn’t wash my makeup off at night and i don’t think i even washed my face, i would just stand under the water and rub my eyes until my makeup was mostly gone and remove the rest with lotion after i got out.to make a long story short(er), i am now pushing 30 and i do not have beautiful skin anymore. i’m a hot mess with acne-prone, sensitive combination skin. this required a whole new routine from the dry skin i was used to. i feel like i have tried well over 50 different types of skin care products that i’ve either read about or that have been recommended to me, both at the higher-end and drugstore price points, and let me just tell you...i finally splurged and gave in to the $29.50 price tag on clinique’s clarifying lotion. at this point, i’m desperate for a solution and i already use the dramatically different moisturizing gel as my daily moisturizer and have had massive improvement in my overall tone, but i needed just a little more. guys, this clarifying lotion is the BOMB. it’s a powerful toner & exfoliant that removes dead skin cells. i have been using it for less than a week, and i have had great results already!i may just have to give in and buy the 1st step in their 3-step skincare line. i now have step 2 and 3 in my daily slathering of products, why not seal the deal? right? right?!?anyway if you’re like me and struggling with your skin, i highly recommend the clinique clarifying lotion and the moisturizing gel.no one paid me to post this. i’m just a girl, standing in front of a mirror, screaming at my zits. 😂😂 #butseriously

I just received this product yesterday actually so it is too early to comment on how it works yet...However, I can tell you that it arrived on time and the size and packaging were also as shown. I have really oily skin so finding a moisturizer that absorbs quickly and does not leave a residue, or even temporarily over dry my skin is HUGE for me. I washed my face with Clinique Liquid Facial Soap Mild then used the step 2 Astringent and added the moisturizing gel before going to bed. It is (so far) great. Let me explain since heck it was my first day using it and all not including following the same routine I described again this morning. You really only need a small amount to truly moisturize your face. It is not sticky and is easy to smooth on your face. It absorbs quickly again, without leaving your skin feeling like you want to run another cotton ball of astringent over it and just feels refreshing. I can definitely feel the difference in just the two applications so far. I will update this post in a month to let you know if it is as fantastic as I think it is. If it is I will be stocking up for the future.

I have struggled to find products and reviews for my skin type. I have combination skin that leans more oily than dry, but have been dealing with more acne breakouts recently. I was using moisturizers that were fine, but I didn't love, and I dont think they did much for my skin. But I LOVE this moisturizer. It is so light weight and non-greasy. I always look for a gel based moisturizer for my skin type, and this actually feels amazing on. I have never understood when people are that obsessed with their skincare, but I only use this in the morning and I look forward to doing my skincare in the morning or after a shower so I can use this product. Also, a little goes a long way, so this bottle will last me a while!
