Apple iPhone XS Max, 64GB - Gold (Renewed)

Ordered this as a replacement for my wife’s old I phone.It arrived very quickly well ahead of planned date and what a fantastic phone.It was listed as excellent and to be honest it looks brand new👍 Well packaged with a free screen protector which I didn’t expect. I will definitely be ordering a replacement for myself - it was so easy to transfer all the info from the old I phone. If you have any doubts about refurbished phones then take a leap of faith - I’m glad I did😜

Great service and fantastic price, they called me to say the one I wanted was slightly damaged and would I accept a different colour, I said yes and he threw in some extra items as a good will gesture, the other phone was perfect and came next day by 1pm definitely recommend to anyone

Whilst in the face of it this arrived in good time and looked good. Sadly the performance is lacking - the touch screen is slow to respond and is an issueWithin 2 weeks this phone stopped working and a battery warning cam up saying it wasn’t genuine and I struggled to get phone to turn on to even clear and rest my details stored in order to return - feel scammed - the inconvenience and stress not worth it. After returning and paying for 1 day signage still awaiting refund and confirmation - totally put me off buying a refurbished phone through Amazon - need to check out their sellers & currently out of pocket so not able to purchase another. Awful

For starters initially I had my doubts reading some reviews but I had to say I was impressed at first, it worked fine it was the right size no scratches battery life 90% using the phone for a while I found it had gotten really hot while doing basic tasks, on the phone and it also has a very laggy camera I’m satisfied with the product as I have had troubles ordering phones in the past this is the best one I have ordered, I would recommend the phone but be prepared to take it into a phone shop to fix some potential issues it comes with.

came with 95% battery health and in extremely good condition. been using it for now 5+ months still working flawlessly.

The worry I had purchasing a renewed/refurbished expensive phone, was that it would have wear and tear scratches around it, and that my expectations would be to high, the phone arrived, (earlier than quoted),.......? I opened the box, ....... And to my relief, on inspection I could not find any scratches, the battery health showed 100%, I have not tested all functions yet, it went through an update, so far everything seems to be perfect, so all in all I am very happy, the only negative it doesn't have the original box, there again, you can't have everything!
