My Cockerpoo has recently had a rear ligament tear. So whilst we wait for surgery we are using this to support her whilst she walks around the garden and goes down and up the ramp we have for going in and out of doors. It’s very strong and easy to put on and off. Has good clip in handles which you can alter. My dogs weight is 21 kg, she’s a big girl, her mum was a big spaniel girl. Her father I didn’t see, probably a standard/large poodle. Anyway, I digress, it’s well made. Easy to use. My only advice is be careful not to tilt the the head of the dog above the tail/rear end of the dog. Otherwise the dog may slip through and out of the harness. But on level and reasonably sloped ramps this is very good.

My large dog had a stroke and can’t do steps anymore so I bought a similar device to this and I found it complicated to put on the dog and she felt properly supported. I returned it and bought this one, what a difference, this is easy to put on my dog and she never struggles when she is in it, I can easily support her down steps and it aids me in lifting her into the car. It is well made and I’m not afraid of my dog slipping out of it. You simply put it on the floor opened up, put the dogs front legs through the holes then lift it up tho their chest and fasten it round them, you can fasten it snugly to help them feel secure. The handle has plenty of adjustment and can be attached in three different positions down each side depending on which legs your dog needs supporting. This has been a real help to me and my dog now we are both disabled

The media could not be loaded. The harness arrived next day which is always a bonus! My dog is 13 and struggles with long walks, hills and steps. This harness has helped so much I couldn’t recommend it enough! Used it for the first time today and have had 0 problems and the straps are very sturdy. The straps are easy to take on and off (I just didn’t need to whilst walking hence the photos and why I have left them on) my dog is a staff cross and I opted for the medium which fits perfectly with enough comfortable room for him to walk in. I have lifted him in and out the car with it too as he can’t do it independently anymore and this has saved my back! It feels strong and secure and I don’t have any worries of it coming undone or snapping etc when lifting him up. If you are getting for a staffy or a broader dog don’t use my size guide as accurate, just consider the right size for your dog, as my dog is a cross breed so is slimmer at the front than a full staffy and I bought a size medium. When lifting up and down my dog isn’t bothered by it and doesn’t struggle etc and he is a fuss pot and would 100% let me know if it did 🤣 the straps are long enough to wear your furry friend as a hand bag if you need it which up long stretches of steps and hills on my adventures was needed 🤣 all in all brilliant harness and is easy to get on my dog who HATES clothing etc. He had no issue with this at all!

So 12 year old large lab has arthritis in his back and front legs and we would like him to be able to get upstairs. He weighs 33 kg and we can't lift him. This harness arrived in less than 12 hours - amazing. We've just tried him out in it and were able to get him up and down the stairs. He could not have managed this on his own, and without the harness there is clearly nothing to grab onto other than a collar were he to slip - and we didn't want to throttle him. So this actually works. Don't lift a large, heavy lab up in this (someone has said it bruised their dog's ribs), but do just take some of the stress out of their limbs by giving their back or front end a slight lift as they go up and down. Our dog didn't seem to mind the harness and has suffered no ill effects from his trip up and down, and it now means that we can all sleep upstairs again. So - good product!

These would be fantastic if the sizing were what they said. Unfortunately I ordered two, SM & XS, small should have fit my dog from the measurements but didn’t, too big in the wrong places, as was the XS. Real shame as would have been perfect for what I needed it for.

Bought this for my senior dog who is losing stability in his legs. I am hoping this will help him to walk more normally without losing balance. Fits my 19Lb shih tzu perfectly. The only missing thing is a D ring which would have been useful for being restrained in the car but I noticed that the other style of harness has this. I have now attached one myself

I ordered medium first which is too small and then large which is too large so not suitable for a wide bodies SBT. I now have two if anyone wants to buy one second hand worn less than once!The velcro fastening straps are quite short so does not extend to fit a medium but wide dog , shame really as the product overall is good.

Have a 15 year old dog with wobbly back legs. He always sleeps on my bed but can't do the stairs anymore due to balance issues. Worried he would fall, got this and it supports him and allows him to get up the stairs with me. He got used to it quickly and just waits for me to put it on. Very simple to put on and really effective. Recommend to anyone with the same problem
