I have quite the blessed connect with HealthyHey; have bought quite a few supplements, previous. Glycine is a very important amino acid, for Glutathione, which is as important for the liver, as it is a detoxifier, as it is a natural sleep aid - which is why it holds an important place on my shelf. You can always trust this brand - they have it all in affordable rates - its not necessarily true that you gotta have expensive foriegn supplements, to get the most out of them. This brand is my first experience with L-Glycine. A but on the expensive side as compared to other products, but I haven’t tried those so can’t comment on their quality. However, these tablets are just amazing for a good-nights sleep. Although I don’t use it regularly and didn’t take it for that purpose as i have no trouble falling asleep, its a great supplement to give you a good quality sleep when needed without any side effects.

Helps in sleep & more than anything your joints feel good!
