Well I snapped one connector in half trying to get the plastic sleeve off (used a spare I had lying around to make the receptacle function). I had to Dremel cut the other sleeve off. Then when I pulled the plug out after charging, the copper cyclinder around the OTHER connected came off within the plug. So i've got to either clamp, glue, solder that piece back on to the receptacle or else replace it by hand every time I pull the plug off. Will not buy this brand again.

This works good but it is universal so I needed to carefully install. I accidentally reversed the signal wire to charger on first pass and blew a fuse inside charger. Installer error but the differences are very subtle.

As posted by another reviewer, it came with 2 of the terminals with the white sleeve which does not allow the charger to have a successful connection. Easily fixed though by removing the sleeve on the terminal to the left (rounded side of receptacle). After doing this it works and is a perfect fit the Power Wise charger. Much cheaper than the dealer and many of the distributor prices.

As others have mentioned.For some reason,these come with a Plastic sleeve on both terminals no matter who you buy them from.May work on other chargers but with the PowerWise, it needs the female terminal on common ground side to be bare, to make contact with ground tab on inside of your charge cord (see pic).This tab triggers the charger to recognize its connected to cart and begins to charge.Make sure this tab is note flattened out, as mine was because I plugged cord into NEW RECEPTACLE without removing plastic sleeve on ground side. (Didn't know better at the time)It is not necessary to remove plastic sleeve on positive side.I hope this helps.

This is a really good quality replacement female receptacle for the golf cart. Between that and a new male plug, the connection is tight and secure. Highly recommended.

Got this and it looks USED! Took cover off and there's a lot of corrosion on the negative terminal - $51 for this?? wow...
