An amazing amount of mist!!
I don't usually write reviews about really inexpensive items. But over the years I've probably bought a dozen different misters for my tabletop fountain to replace ones that died. Before this one, all of the ones I purchased had LED lights, and none of them put out much mist unless you got them just the right distance below the water's surface, and pointed up at just the right angle. Even then, most of them took quite a while to fill the fountain's bowl with mist. However this mister is not hard to position correctly and puts out tons of mist. So it's low hassle and does what it's supposed to.I've had it for a couple of months and the first thing I do with any mister is try to waterproof the seams, because over time, they all leak and stop working. Only time will tell how long this one lasts, but at this point, it's the best one I've bought so far.

Like it
this is probably the fifth one I have owned, but in fairness it runs for around 12 hours a day and stays perpetually under water. Not very tough but it works for a few months before it leaks. It still beats the other products like it.

Waste of money and time.
I do not know if mine is faulty or not but it fountains water. It generates a fog but not nearly what I expected. Watching it the ultrasonic vibrations appear to be focused about 1 cm. above the generator. This causes the water to be forced up forming a rather messy fountain but not very much fog. The instructions are marginal at best with no manufacture mentioned so there is no way to contact someone about the problem.

Fogger works great.
It puts out a nice cloud of fog. I use it as a humidifier in the winter when the air inside the house is dry. I've only had it for a few days but it looks like it will do the job. I'm happy with it. I plan to make a float for it to keep it at it's most efficient depth. The instruction manual says 2 replacement ceramic atomizing discs are included and that they do wear out, however the replacements were not included so when this one wears out I'm probably SOL. I don't know when that will be or how long it will last.

Fogponics for plant propagation
When I have the money I'll opt for a stainless chassis instead of a chromed one, it is already eroding during use. I'm still happy with my purchase and recommend this to anyone wanting to play with an inexpensive ultrasonic mister.
