Uni-ball StyleFit Retractable Gel Ink Pen (UMN-139-38), Slim & Stylish Body, 0.38 mm, 16 Color Set

Both these 0.38mm pens and the 0.28mm pens are a joy to use if you like ultra thin linework for art projects. The colors are vibrant, the ink is smooth and long lasting. The pen body is slim enough to be able to hold several at once and switch out as you're sketching. A very pleasant use experience and a product I would buy again.

I wanted fine liners that I can use under watercolor. These fit the bill. Hard to find a liner like these, had to try many. They do itty bitty details like my irises of eyes. Little veins in flowers. Soooo nice. Not gel. Ball point, more control than felt or gel.

I received 16 pens but it was missing 5 colors while other colors were duplicated to make up the count. I requested a replacement and will update the review after the new ones arrive...As for the pens themselves, they are great. The ink is smooth, bright, and precise (I use 0.38 and wouldn't mind trying 0.28). These can be used to refill the muli pen and I didn't realize they sold these as single pens, which is great because it's nice to know I don't have to be limited to 4-5 colors and can easily bring along more given the size of these pens.Update! Replacements had the same issue. I will be returning as there are several particular colors in the set that I would like and not having them makes the purchase not worth it for the price. Honestly, I wouldn't have minded if those colors were duplicated but sadly it was not the case...

I am a pen freak to the point that if someone leaves a pen in my home that I cannot use, I throw it in the trash. Writing is so tactile and can affect my mood. So, when I finally found a MICRO-colored gel pen that actually was MICRO and gave a no-bleed line, I was thrilled. Thrilled enough to tell you all about my find. Your welcome!

Love these - colors are accurate and smooth writing- need to get used to the narrowness of the pen- but they are good quality

The media could not be loaded. tl;dr: used in a multi-pen or on their own, i LOVE these pens‼️😍😍😍thickness is as expected for 0.38 size—follows all the pros of uniball’s BEAUTIFUL Signo gel ink! smooth, fast-drying, minimal smearing, and bright colors that’ll last. the slim, lightweight body saves space in a pencil bag, cup, or a drawer.i highly recommend getting a multipen body, too. i use the basic Uniball StyleFit 5-component model, but there are models with 4- and 3-component spaces and the ~fancy~ 5-component Uniball StyleFit Meister!

These are ok. Really thin, which is perfect to carry these in my bag everyday but they are super thin. They can break easily and have very little ink, I ran out of ink in one pen within a week or 2. I’m definitely going to go through them super fast. Definitely not worth them for the price point.
