Dr Christopher's Formula Slippery Elm Bark, 100 Count

Bought this for our dog that has cancer. I break open the capsules and mix with a small amt of water to make a thin gel. I then administer with an oral syringe. It seems easier to give this way, as she doesn't like to take pills. This works well to help coat an upset tummy or out-of-balance digestive tract. We have used many of the Dr. Christopher formulas and always found them to be first rate. This is a good product!

Ordered this to help settle our dog’s upset stomach. My mom raves about how great the powder is for her pups but ours wouldn’t even get close to his food bowl if we put the powder in it. These capsules do the trick! He’s great taking pills and he doesn’t realize the powder is in them - perfect!

One of my cats has had an issue with producing stools that are on both ends of the spectrum (dark/hard and not staying in colon long enough). I make a slippery elm syrup (read slimy goo) and add a Tbsp of the syrup to his canned food. It has worked wonders on normalizing his stools. Yea! Since I use 1 capsule for each batch of syrup, the 100 count means I will have some on hand for quite a while.

This really helps with inflammation and constipation. I've bought this brand twice and it seems to work really well. I will continue to purchase.

Yep, I'm a Dr. Christopher fan, and find his formulas excellent for helping the body function at its best! Love this supplement, and take it to help with digestion, to provide intestinal support, and to ease occasional bloating. I've been using it for years, take it daily, and it helps with your bathroom calls. *-) Just follow the recommended (standard) dose instructions, and you should see a difference during the week. Dr. Christopher often uses wildcrafted herbs, and I like that idea!

I recommend any one dealing with acid reflux try this.I've been battling severe acid reflux which landed me in the hospital. I tried everything under the sun from LOW-FODMAP diets, antacids, PPIs, H2-blockers, etc and none have worked as well as this. I would say I'm at 80% recovery but the stabbing esophagus pain and shortness of breath has ceased thanks to this.
