I am allergic to what seems like anything and everything airborne. Nasal spray was a daily activity (and apparently should not be....). This Vital Nutrients Aller-C was recommend by my functional medicine doctor to use on a regular basis to prevent allergies. It works amazingly and has also reinforced my immune support/preventative supplements to stay clear of this 'tri-demic' we're in this season. I can tell a huge huge difference if I skip them of run out and forget to stock up. This stuff is amazing. Been taking for about two years now and has made a huge difference. When I take these regularly, I forget I even have allergies.

My naturopathic dr prescribed this for my son who had asthma and terrible spring allergies. He was able to get off of his daily allergy meds and lower his asthma inhaler. Great stuff. You do have to take more pills than if you took allergy meds but it works great and is good for you!

I LOVE this product. I have had lots of allergy trouble throughout my life and my chiropractor introduced me to Aller-C about 6 years ago. I used it during both pregnancies and it has helped immensely with my allergies. I hardly ever struggle with the watery eyes, runny/sneezing nose that I did before I got this product. It is helpful to keep taking it as it builds in your system and works better. I use about 3 tabs per day in the summer and 2 or 1/day in winter. Also, I've founds that Amazon has the best deals on this product, so now I buy it through here instead of the chiropractor office. Hope this helps you as much as it has me. Blessings!

This is my favorite supplement. I've taken vitamin C for years and I swear, this formulation is more effective than anything else I've taken. I also like the bromelian in these. I find it helps with my skin and circulation. This brand was recommended by my Naturopath and I am sharing this recommendation with you. These are not the least expensive supplements, but you are getting your money's worth. Buy with confidence. Also note, this vendor runs thin on product, but they'll contact you with an ETA. It's worth both the money and the wait. I've been purchasing from Vital Nutrients for years and highly recommend them.

I decided on Quercetin due to my food allergy, when combined with pollen allergies, would cause inflammation, more than my body could handle. After much research I read that this can help improve reactions to the pollen and reduce inflammation. Daily dosage is 2 pills. I have noticed improvement when taking these along with turmeric. My allergy attacks so far seem to have gone away- about 3 months and counting. I do feel improvement and plan to continue this for a very long time.

I have found this to be the best Vitamin C product. I use it for allergies and for cold and flu.

I have had truly terrible seasonal allergies for many years and have endured countless sinus and ear infections as a result. Two seasons ago a naturopath referred me to aller-c and when paired with fresh or freeze dried nettle is vastly more effective than prescription decongestants have ever been.I take this all farming season and can't imagine doing my job anymore without it. I really can't recommend this highly enough to anyone looking for a safe natural alternative to conventional allergy medicines.
