Amazing book for my 13 year old and great reminders for myself
We areStill working through this book but it has helped my 13 yr old son and I get past some MAJOR hurdles with emotions and not feeling like he is enough. I love this workbook and so many great tools! I researched a lot of books and HIGHLY SUGGEST going with this choice.

Great workbook for teens and preteens. My child has learned so many new things about the way she thinks and why she may think that way.

Worth it!
My daughter struggles with HF ASD & Anxiety. Her therapist recommended this book to work on everyday before school. It has definitely helped to become more confident.

Gold in 3 of the 5 sections!
Solid, helpful guidance and wisdom for three of the five sections. The first three sections were outstanding, wise, and super helpful. The last two were cosmetic and felt rushed. Which is a shame considering "Emotions" is section 4 and had very little content! I would have liked to have seen more for emotions management and acceptance. Name it to tame it.Likewise for the last section "Putting Your Tools to Work. " If there were more exercises on accepting other people's behaviors, setting boundaries, focusing on the self, and letting go of what isn't in your control, I would have rated the book better.But still really great stuff in the first few sections. Truly grateful!!!
