One litre milk+1/4 litre milk cream+3 table spoon GMS powder+3 table spoon corn flour+ 1/4tea spoon CMC powder+ 16 table spoon sugar+1/4 tea spoon purix ice cream stabilizer. All the ingredients mix in cold milk and then boil it with continuesly stiring and after boil for 5 minutes lets cool it down to normal temperature After that freez it for 4 hour then you have to beat it with a electric beater to double its volume Then add flavour and colour and refreeze for upto 8 hours. That it your ice cream is ready to serve.

Q: Does it show better results using it with milk as base or non dairy whipped cream ??
