Max height if perfect for a taller person
Exactly what i was looking for, the max height lift is perfect for someone like me 6'1" (185cm), the noise level is acceptable and best of all there is an extra USB-A that I use for the receiver dongle for the wireless keyboard and mouse, the other one is for the power of the fan linked to the laptop and connects the mouse and keyboard like a docking station.

Value for money
Value for money. only its a bit hard to close down your laptop because of the stopper hooks are wrongly designed.

Excellent value for money.
Excellent product, does exactly what it says on the box. Quiet, adaptable, great value for money. Would definitely buy again when this one wears out. :)

Very quiet
Although it does it's job in as much as it is very quiet and cools my laptop well, I do think it has one or two design faults. The cold air blows out through the front making my hands and body very cold, so much so that I've had to turn it off occasionally. The tabs to stop my laptop sliding off catch on my wrists and pushing them down out of the way means the laptop is liable to fall off, which it has done once catching my knee and ankle on the way. Not good for a frail, disabled person. The legs are not long enough, meaning it has to be propped up at the back.

Plastic badly warped
even with any weight on the laptop cooler, the stand doesn't sit flush with the table and rocks back and fourth, only way to fix this is by putting a bit of card under the rear left foot.for £8 its ok and Im in 2 minds about sending it back...it fits my asus tuff 15 laptop fine

Poor typing ergonomics, needs diying to be made usable
Bought in Febuary 2020 for £7.89. When used as a 'viewing platform' with peripheral keyboard and mouse attached to the laptop this would be a great option. But without these attachments typing on the laptop is a real pain. The stays/rests that hold the laptop in place are really long and have very sharp corners. I have covered them up with electrical tape to dull the edges but the contact when typing is still off putting. The stays/rests could be half the length and still be functional for most laptops. I will probably grind/saw down the stays to make it functional. This is the fifth laptop coooler stand i have bought and its probably the worse, there used to be better options out there at the same price point. I should have spent the extra money to buy a more ergonomic stand.
