My wife uses it for her whole crack wheat bread and eat I it for breakfast cooking it like oatmeal it reminds me of a breakfast cereal my Grandma used to make me it was called Zoom for those of us can remember mmmm!!

This is raw wheat... it's not bulgur
I searched for bulgur wheat and this product came up. I ordered it and made taboulee. Come to find out it's "uncooked" whereas bulgur wheat is par cooked. Very disappointed I didn't notice this. Be ware as this should say "raw" on the packaging.

Bad news!
It states course grind. It is tiny granules and not befitting for salads and eating. Only good for cooking. I can't return even though not opened. Will throw away product. Bad news!
