Does not work out of the box - wrong power supply
As others have stated, this appliance arrived with a US power supply. The description made no mention of this, and still does not, despite several reviews making the same comment. This was sold on Amazon UK and shipped to a UK customer, prompting the assumption that it would be a UK appliance. As such, it took 2 days longer and £10 more to make it work.

Like others, it came with a US power supply so totally unsuitable for UK instalation
Returned as incompatible power supply.

Worked for a while, now needs frequent reboots
On first installing, this (5-port version) worked exactly as expected and completely transparently. In normal operation you shouldn't even know the switch is there. Then, after about three months it started just not passing data at all. The only solution was to pull the power and reboot the device. It now requires a reboot every week or two.Why should I need to reboot a 5-port switch? How complicated is this thing? I also own a couple of Netgear GS305s and also a 308, which are their metal-bodied 'commercial' versions. None of them have ever needed a reboot in years of operation. Do they have different software and for some reason the 205 has been given additional bugs? Or is the 205 hardware just completely abysmal?I'm now binning this device and have ordered another 305 to replace it. So the 305 won't be white, won't have the lights on the front and the power lead will be on the opposite side, but who cares? It's a switch. I just need it to work. The 2 stars are because most of the time this switch does work. It loses those other 3 stars because it should be reliable. It's a 5-port switch. It has one job.

Comes with USA plug
Arrived much later than original expected date when ordered, but once that delivery date was updated it came a day early. I wasn't aware the unit came with a USA plug, didn't see it anywhere on the advert. Otherwise it's as advertised

Wrong PSU
I was very disappointed when this item arrived as it didn't have a UK power supply and to make matters worse I now have to return it to the USA which is completely ridiculous :(

Unusable! Only USA plug supplied
It's arrived but I can't use it. I live in the UK and I expect electrical goods to come with UK plugs. However, this device came with a USA plug which renders it unusable. I to make it work I now have to buy a US/UK power adaptor which will add another £10 to the price. Hence, one star.I subsequently bought this adaptor https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B08P1BHT2L/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1and the product now works. But it should have come with a UK plug.
