Best circle cutter for the price
I was watching a DIY YouTube video and she was using a circle cutting tool and shared the link on her video but it war $20 and I wanted to see if I could find one cheaper. The circle punches are expensive and was excited to find out about these cutters. I researched and read reviews and wanted the best one for the best price and this was it. It took me a little while to figure out how to use it and how all the pieces worked but after I figured it out I'm very impressed with this little gadget. I'm not sure why other buyers had issues with getting clean lines because I had no issues at all. One of the reasons why I bought this was it also has an extra extender that allows you cut circles up to 11 and half inches while other ones for much more only cut up to 8 inches or less. It also comes with 5 extra blades, 3 pencil leads and a paper protector which which I didn't know and other cutters didn't offer. I'm very happy with this purchase and feel I got the best deal for the price.

Beautiful cutter, practice first.
Great tool! I use this for cutting cake boards out of foam boards. This thing is sharp! The cutting depth is barely over 1/4 inch. It works beautifully. The only thing that would make this thing better is if you could change the cutting depth and a better locking mechanism. You have to be mindful of how your holding it or it will slip out measurement. If you are cutting thick material I suggest you practice a few times on unwanted material so you don't waste any. If your cutting a circle and it slipps the smallest ammount before you pull full circle it won't be symmetrical.

It could be me
I ended up cutting them by hand. I couldn’t get it to go in a circle. It was always off. I know my circle was right because I made it in my Cricut and I remeasured it after I kept going to the side when using this tool. I didn’t try it on plain paper as I was aggravated. I will try it again and it did cut cardstock with no issues. It’s a nice craft item to try for inserts.

Okayish
Tired to use this with magnetic paper and it just didn’t do the job!

Perfect for making model cars, tanks, and other models needing circular masking.
I enjoy building models. Invariably I need to mask of tires, wheels and other round objects. This is an ideal size cutter, and enables me to and simply and efficiently cut circles for masking.

Doesn't work regardless of size circle
I really wanted this to work for crafting. It seemed like it'd be so much easier using this to cut the exact size circle I needed, 1/2" to 12" diameters, but I couldn't get a single clean cut, even at several different sizes. The paper protector wasn't stable and caused the paper to move around, regardless of size. Without the paper protector, I was able to get partial circles, as shown in the pics. 1/2" circles weren't possible either way, as neither the knife nor the pin (which isn't adjustable) would retract enough to align them. What I almost managed to cut out (on the index card), while circular, is definitely not a circle. On larger circles, I was able to adjust the knife depth and got better circles, but none cut through completely or cleanly. The sole 1" circle I was able to cut out was off. As the pics show, I also tried cutting both copier paper I'd stamped on, as well as index cards, with neither working.

Works on leather
Only cutter I've found that consistently cuts smaller circles well in leather.

bends very easily, quite difficult to use with anything thicker than very thin paper
It kind of works but has very little rigidity, so you can't apply any force whatsoever when cutting. There's a narrow range of materials it will work on - too thin and the center pin tears up the material, any thicker and you can only get through with endless repeated circles since if you apply pressure it deviates from the circle. Probably ok for a one-off use on something like printer paper. Wouldn't try it on cloth and certainly not anything like leather.
