Great care with several trial fits to the front door ensured a snug fit that looks very neatMake sure it is level and the right height above the threshold otherwise it will not be weather tightWatch out for the end caps a drop of super glue helps secure theseAlso apply a layer of sealant to prevent water running down between the guard and the doorNow it works well and looks great

Expensive for what it is, but decent quality and will pay itself back in door maintenance. Easy enough to cut to desired length with a fine-tooth saw; just make sure to cut perpendicularly, as otherwise you'll end up with a slightly crescent-shape end due to the curvature. I put sealant in the sealing grooves at the back, and also a thin strip along the top edge; don't know if either was necessary, but figured 'just to be safe'.

not as advertised very disappointed in quality and too flexible and too long to fit door . Threw it away .
