White Oak Bark tea
I mix the bark with a gallon of distilled water, let it soak and boil it. It makes a wonderful tea that I can keep in the refrigerator after straining the leaves from it. For years I couldn't eat anything that turned to sugar, which includes many carbs. With the blood cleansing power of this bark, I am now able to eat most anything.

Sometimes you can know an herb is fresh by the speed of its effectiveness, depending on the plant. This white oak bark powder worked quickly, and this company has always delivered.
