Perfect for adding a light jingle to any percussion or other instrument. The elastic strap that holds the item to your finger is tight but not uncomfortable. I find that I can wear it on any finger from my thumb to pinky, and it will stay on fine even with vigorous hand movements. The jingle sound is not too loud or intrusive as a full tambourine. I play it with both percussive and tonal instruments to add some dimension to the sound. The quality, in typical Meinl fashion, is top notch. This item also would be great for someone who like to tap their hands to the beat, but are intimidated by a full instrument. In a group setting, this would be the thing to give to the wall-flower to get them involved in the music. Easy as pie to play with a light pleasant sound. A worthy addition to any percussion style.

These are very nice and unique. They add an extra layer of sound while playing. Highly recommended. Well made and comfortable to use

...like...even though i had ordered the Steel plates & received the aluminum instead......this part performs better than caould be expected...& as far as being an aggressive part that spanks offa your hand & "hurts my fingers"...dude Dont be such a Labe & realize how to use this part like a Human & Then perhaps you wont "hurts your little hand"...or Or perhaps you cant handle something of such magnitude & need to go play with something that wont " hurts you" in such ways.......for me this part is easy to use rings clearfast & tactful mix in th' hand drum scene gives yet way more depth to a cats groove...Also it has always never caused an issue "hurting" me in any way at all butt...of course i have the ability to outsmart & use it properly so.!.BAM.!.yourmama

The item arrived really fast.. and I like the way they sound, but sort of uncomfortable to wear on my hand/finger. I play the cajon and it doesn't work well for me.. maybe my hand / finger too small for this item. However I made a strap that I can put on my wrist or ankle, attach the finger jingles to the strap and use as a nice fill ... they sound great!!!

My goodness, this thing is so neat and you can just put it in your pocket. LOL when I play my cajon it adds a very interesting touch. I tried it when I lead a DJEMBE class it was so interesting. Depending on which hand I put it on it accents and offbeat or a syncopation or whatever I am trying to accomplish. Very cool. A great little toy

This is an addition to our music box for our 4 year old. She loves wandering around with the toe cymbals clacking, a horn in her mouth, tooting, while twisting a rain stick. Good value for the money.Would I buy them again?Ya.

I am a performing soloist musician and this product is not worth buying. The metal material is the quality of a thin aluminum beer can and it doesn't transfer a clear tambourine sound. I would not recommend buying this product.
