it's only one week I started using this lens. I like it so much because it is very light and comfortable to handle. I am satisfied with the results. There is no noise even in low light, it performs very well. It is my ideal lens for daily use because you don't have to carry extra lenses or need not change the lens repeatedly. It will serve my purposes for travelling photography. I advise everyone to buy this lens, it is affordable and very good value for money as well

Not worth for money, it had broken in 6 months usage, please don't buy the item from this store any more, even for warranty they have charged me RS, 200, and they have return me with the old spare parts that too lens with no clarity.dear Amazon, kindly look in to this matter utmost priority.

Friends this is a all-in-one solution for wide and telephoto lenses that comes as canon kit lenses. Its very handy at your trips, family events, Indoor and outdoor photography. Now be free for changing lenses again and again, it makes your life really good, its worth to buy this product. Quality of pictures are also good. Lens hood comes with the lens so tension to buy it separately and it sis of good quality too.

Used it for 15 days or so now. Clicked more than 1300 pictures on my recent trip. As described by others, the quality is not same as you would get from canon lens. I faced 5 problems.1. I was not able to change depth of field manually however hard I tried changing settings. Hence in my photos, people always came sharp while background out of focus.2. The macro mode did not work as same as cannon. I mean with minimum distance on lowest setting of 18mm, I could take pictures of small flowers as well with a very close distance. In Tamron, i can't take so much close ups.3. The sharpness of images is not as crisp as canon lens.4. Focusing was a problem at times. Images came blur. I had to switch to manual focus and then photos came good. I do not know if that was a problem with the climate that camera mechanism was not working or what was the issue.5. In the live view mode, lens takes a lot of time for focusing. More than 10 seconds.Overall still a value for money considering that you don't need to change lenses on a trip.

Good quality images. Seems versatile. Colors are true. Convenient and flexible.

Images get blurred when full zoomed in or out. A lot of distortion. Horrible product. A waste of money

Pic quality is good with regards to the money..Use manual settings for better quality.

Really like this lens and it make my easy. Now I dont have to change the lens and use single lens for close or long shot.
