The product is good quality & consistent everytime
The quality is great, I also feel it is good value for money, as you do get a lot of different Aminos packed in one tablet, so you are getting your daily allowance the body needs I swallow mine easily with a drink, but if you struggle to swallow tablets you can easily break the contents out into a drink of choice or homemade smoothie I recommend this product & I buy it regularly

An expensive way to get amino acids
I guess they work, but it's cheaper to drink soy milk, and eat rice and beans.

FREE FORM AMINO'S a powerhouse for all...not just exercise fanatics.
We constantly hear that we need to consume lots of protein for various reasons...not least to arrest muscle wasting but more research is coming forth to say that too much protein puts enormous pressure on our kidneys and our digestive systems...especially after 40! The older we get...the harder we find it to digest! So, after much reading, it appears that taking a good FREE FORM Amino acid complex has a similar effect without all the negatives on the body of too much protein. I had digestive issues with low stomach acid (of which symptoms are often misdiagnosed as GERD (acid reflux from too much stomach acid) when in fact it is a lack of hydrochloric acid (stomach acid) I discovered that taking this (1 cap twice per day) took away my underlying nausea and fatigue. I am brighter and less depressed and my energy levels have improved (much better then trying to consume more protein than my body could cope with!) I cannot believe the difference this has made to me. My general aches and pains have reduced by at least 75% overall. Highly recommended*****
