I’m not sure where some of the negative reviews for this have come from—maybe those customers got duds. My stapler works pretty nicely. The staples are easy to load, and it holds enough staples for any job I need it for. I used it to staple temporary plastic sheeting over a broken window in my attic and also to staple some thin fake grass carpet that had come loose from my front porch and was a trip hazard. I had no issues stapling the sheeting—it was almost fun! I did encounter the problem of some staples not staying in my porch boards, but I think it might’ve been due to the staples being too small, height-wise, for the project (the soft material was too thick for the staple to fully penetrate the wood). Still, I was able to complete the project. The stapler feels heavy, like it’s solid quality that will last for years. I haven’t used the staple remover, so I can’t say much about the that part of the package. If things change, I’ll update my review, but so far, I’m happy with my purchase.

I picked this up for small projects, like building sound reducing panels. The staple gun came with everything neatly packed in a slim brown, no-frills box. I immediately got to testing this out on various grades of wood and the results were mixed.On plywood the staples were too soft, crunching up and falling off. This is the staple and not the gun, and the gun appeared to use quite a lot of force. Particle board was better, the staples penetrating really deeply but not completely. I also tried this on pine slats and again, the results were mixed. i think the staples are the culprit, the staple gun works really well.The staple gun itself is heavy and feels rugged. The knob on the back adjusts the force, and the difference is pretty good. Requires a lot of pressure to use, so if you have any trouble squeezing really hard on things (such as arthritic hands) this one may not be very usable. I read a lot of the comments about the adjustment knob unscrewing completely out and have been very careful about not overdoing it. There seems to be a more resistance with unscrewing the knob the further out it goes, which can be a useful way to tell when it probably shouldn't come out any farther.

This product is total crap!! I’ve never used a staple gun that gave me so much trouble!! It’s CONSTANTLY jamming up, it spits out 2 to 3 staples at a time, the guide is crap cause it still staples off and constantly goes through the wire I stapled, the handle is way to hard to squeeze which makes the job a lot harder when working in tight and off angled areas, and the tension knob does absolutely nothing for staple depth!! I’m having to have to go behind my work and and secure the staples with a hammer which defeats the purpose of using a staple gun!! And lastly the U-Staples end up becoming square shaped after everything is said and done!! Absolutely crap!! The only reason I even gave this product a 1 star is because you have to give it at least that in order to write a review!! What a waste of money!!

Product worked great for about half of the job I purchased the gun. It started having a harder time engaging and actually punching the staple. Could adjust get some life back, and then even adjusting would no longer work. Dry fire, dry fire, dry fire, staple, dry fire, staple, dry fire, dry fire, dry fire... Wish I would have sent back at first sign of issue.

Love this stapler, multi-staple stapler. Can use about 3 types of staples, and all were included in the package. I love the orange color, bright and happy looking, and easy to find. Stapler has a spring loaded clip and also screw style pressure adjustment. I am doing some rattan chair repair and wanted a stapler which could use the smaller U staples, and this one fit the bill. It is quite inexpensive and hasn't jammed up yet.I will say it could have had some instructions in english, but it's not rocket science to you will get how to load and reload the stapler pretty quickly. Quite sturdy construction and looks to be chromed up well and even has a somewhat soft grip.

This was my first time using a staple gun for my own project & a first time homeowner project for me too- so bear with me. When I ordered the product I thought I was just getting all 600 regular staples- that’s what I get for not reading the whole description! It came in a nice box, minimal packaging with good paper instructions on parts, how to load it & even trouble shooting tips. I found myself not being able to use the staple remover not because of the tool itself but because the staples were placed so deeply that I could only remove them with a flathead screwdriver. I didn’t come across any problems during my project (which took me all day) & am happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone doing home projects like mine.

Is just fine, it did serve its purpose, I’m just not strong enough to push hard but I was still able to reupholster my chairs!
