These probiotics seem to have many if not all exactly the same Lacto and Bifido cultures that are normally seen on products like yogurt, so it's likely they should be similarly healthy and being time delayed-release means they should have a better chance of reaching the actual gut before the stomach can dissolve all of them. Only issue I found was that a 30 day supply costs about as much as 4 or 5 canisters of yogurt, or 3/4 if going for an expensive brand. Too high for me to recommend reasonably, but the quality and compact delivery might still be selling points worth considering.
