Simply phenomenal!
This not only sealed my RV roof to perfection but it provides a lasting piece of mind. The quality is impeccable! It was easy to apply, Is waterproof after the first hour and can be applied in a wide range of temperatures! It does thicken fairly quick towards the bottom of the bucket it gets harder to spread. I recommend changing out the roller heads, It sounds simple, but will make a huge difference in application!

Like painting with 90wt oil or honey.
Went on well, on container was enough to do two coats on the roof of a 44' rv. (even though manufacturer says one is enough). This stuff is thick and after cure it was pretty slick to walk on with the morning dew, be careful. Its been a couple months now, no issues yet.7 month update: Much travelling and now Rv has been parked under trees for about 5 months. Checked on the roof and no surprise, very dirty. Used a standard car wash soft brush and just water to clean, no problem. Nothing seems to stick to it. Coating is still solid.

great product
This coating works great, the coverage is unbelievable, it goes a long ways and goes on nice. Now if it holds up to the sun(and my bet is that it does ).The only thing that concerned me was the use by date was up on the 5 gal that I received, but still happy with the results!!!

Easy to Apply, Waterproof
With a paint roller and extension pole, easy to apply to the roof of my shipping container, with minimal mess. Two coats are optimal, a day apart. Seems to be quite waterproof, so far. The white color has done wonders to reduce the temps inside, under the hot Florida sun.

I can't say enuf about how great this product is!!!
Do not hesitate to buy this for your RV membrane roof!!!! It's awesome!!!!Read the instructions and follow them obviously!!I cleaned my roof with "Gone In 30".No pressure washer, just a hose with decent water pressure and a scrub brush.I masked off the perimeter around the gutter, then got side tracked helping a friends wife for several hours as he was in the hospital n when I got home, I brushed the edges about 6" wide all around, on my 37' 5th wheel as I only had a couple hours b4 it was supposed to rain and I didn't want to waste all the masking I'd done.I carefully pulled the masking off n it rained about 2 hours later with no I'll effects at all n I swear I think the damp helped it cure.It rained reasonable hard n I stood at my second floor window next to the RV watching n stressing that the rain would wash over the new coating n somehow stain the walls as it ran off but all it did was bead up and run off clean n didn't leave any marks or water tracks on the walls. The next day I blew the roof off with compressed air n let it dry then rolled n brushed my way from one end to the other, dipping out of the 5 gallon bucket with a little quart sized hand held painting container as it was too awkward to dump out of the 5 with any control and after a couple pours with the little bucket I had a pretty good idea how much too apply. You don't really have to move too fast, but once you get an area done don't go back into it any more than needed as it will start pulling a bit as it cures.I put a coat on that day and it was just foggy enuf to be cool but not dewy and again I believe this stuff likes the moisture in the air.I repeated this again the next day with the same conditions although I put it on a bit heavier as I knew I was going to have plenty. After all was said n done I barely used 4 gallons of this product for 2 coats plus on a 37' 5th wheel. After it dried it peeled out of the plastic paint container I used easily but has a death grip on my membrane roof.If I had to do this again I'd probably pour out of the 5 into a 2 gallon bucket n dip out of that so I could reseal the 5 as it does skin over when left open too long. The last thicker coat was dry to the touch in about an hour n a half or so.

This stuff really works to keep what ever it covers cool.
I never expected results like I got with this. It goes on very thick and gloppy. Don't put this on when it's a hot sunny day or your working time is reduced to minutes. I started on a cloudy morning and just my luck the Texas weather changed on me mid application. Clouds dispersed and the sun came out and the temp jumped 25 degrees in 15 minutes. Still got the job done though The last part was not a smooth or even as I hoped. Appearance aside the roof of my car hauler was leaking before I performed the roof re-coating and it got so hot in the trailer that fans could not make it comfortable to be in it for more than a few minutes. Not any more. No roof leaks so job one done with flying colors. Reducing the interior heating from the sun 1000% success! The inside of the trailer is now cooler than the outside temperature by 15-30 degrees. I could not touch the roof of my trailer on a cloudy day because of heating. Now after baking all day when the outside temperature got to 101 and I can touch the roof without getting a burn. I can put my hand on an uninsulated aluminum roof in the full Texas or Florida sun at high noon with no fear of burning. The only insulation on the roof is the TropiCool coating. I tried to take a picture of the roof coating but all I get is a sea of white and a big white rectangle adds very little information. I wish I had used my IR thermometer and took a picture of that for a before and after comparison. Maybe I will add it later to the review. Going to try this product on a plastic outdoor storage building next.

Excellent product
Product is easy to use and works very well. Be sure to prep area before application. DO NOT use with a seam tape that does not adhere to a silicon product like Henry's as it will not adhere to the seam tape!!
