Within a day or two of starting these delicious little gummies I started to sleep better, almost like a teenager. I initially couldn't tell if it was a change in my routine or perhaps the gummies. Our cat noticed the difference too. After starting taking the Tart Cherry Gummies our 8-year-old cat started sleeping with me for the first time...previously I was just up too much.I ran out of gummies after 30 days and stopped sleeping well. Our cat gets woken up every couple of hours too.
