Visual mobiles are made according to Montessori pedagogy. This DIY set is designed to be used by Montessori professionals. Two glass balls are included to make a Munari visual Mobile. If you are not comfortable using it with babies please order our assembled set which uses a plastic ball. Each of the mobiles has a specific purpose to assist the baby's visual development. They are not toys and should not be used by babies without supervision. This DIY set allows you to make one Munari mobile， one Octahedron mobile, and one Dancers mobile. Munari is the first to use in a series of Montessori mobiles. It provides a visual experience of geometric shapes and a transparent plastic ball that reflects light. The Octahedron Mobile consists of three basic colors blue, yellow and red. We use transparent sticks instead of wooden dowels to help babies focus on the colors and shapes. The three octahedron shapes are made from non-toxic metallic paper. The size of each octahedron is 2.76"*2.76". The total length of the mobile is around 12.99". The Dancers visual mobile is made from non-toxic metallic paper in blue and silver color. The reflections from the metallic paper and the dancing figures can easily capture the baby's attention.
