This product is spectacular for older people. Since I started using it, I feel more energetic and my skin has improved greatly. I love it because its ingredients are high quality and very easy to take.

I DO NOT recommend this product at ALL. I was trying to save some money by buying this brand but will trash and NOT continue to use it now.I took 1 pill for three days instead of following instructions (glad about this part since it could’ve been worse). About 15 to 30 minutes after taking the pill each day, my face felt on fire, got atrociously RED, terribly Itchy and so did other parts of my body. During the first two dosages, I couldn’t figure out what was causing the reaction but by day three it was easy to pinpoint the culprit. Most of the symptoms went away 2-3 hours later with Benadryl but the damage was done. Buy at own risk.

I did notice a lot, almost immediately, not the same day of taking it. The next morning, I got out of bed fast, like, really fast. My joints didnt hurt...ankles, knees, that was the first thing i noticed.I felt really good, I had a ton of non caffeinated energy, my skin was soft. I had a severe reaction to this product!The first time I used it, my whole head and neck felt so hot, got a headache and my arms felt super hot and itchy, I wasn’t sure what caused it but it lasted a couple of hours. I stop taking it for 4 days and try again thinking it was something else, the same thing happened and my head felt like it was going to explode, this time my arms broke into a horrible rash, and I felt dizzy, my face got all red! so I do not recommend this product to anyone.
