Better than a Kettle Bell
Functions like a kettle bell, but can also use as a medicine ball. Grips are handy for a lot of workouts. Well constructed and weighted evenly.

The smell goes away!
There are some pros and cons to this medicine ball. I will say I had never used one of these before this purchase, so, using one in my workouts was new to me. After a few days of using it, I like it and will keep it.Cons:- There is a smell straight out of the box that is similar to gasoline. The ball was packaged in a plastic bag which was inside the shipping box. I am not very sensitive to smells and didn't think much of it when I read the reviews...but this was one got to me and I started sneezing. However, I was prepared for this possibility and immediately put it in another room to air out. I assume this is due to either the making of the rubber or protecting the rubber...but the smell goes away so it's not a long-term issue for me.-I thought the ball would be smaller, so I was a little surprised by the size. That's on me for not paying attention to dimensions. I attached a picture with my 20lb kettlebell next to it for comparison.-I purchased the 10lb and it feels lighter than 10lbs...I think this is due to the distribution of weight w/ a larger ball vs a dumbbell or smaller kettlebell. Despite this, I haven't had any issues using it for core exercises or working on my balance.Pros:-Feels soft in your hands, but has a nice grip...so no concerns of it slipping out of my hands. This is super important to me because I'm recovering from a knee injury and didn't want to drop it on myself lol-Workouts - I think I will purchase a heavier one to have more options for using in my workouts. I can see how the hand placement and size can actually improve some of my workouts and posture.-The smell goes away 😉Overall, I would purchase again!
