I love that it comes with caps, that's really nice. And each one is reusable but there's a lot of them. It says ultra tight but honestly it still doesn't go in between my teeth. I don't know if I'm using them improperly or what. I never understood how these go in between ANYONES teeth, let alone a bigger size.However, I use it for scraping plaque off my teeth or food, or use it as a toothpick sometimes. The brush is nice to just move along your gumline and it'll clean things up like a toothbrush or floss would. Its also got a nice grip! Would recommend overall

What I like most is they are small enough I don’t gag myself. Great for getting plaque between my teeth. I’ve used my sonic toothbrush and then used this little brush and still get some food from between the teeth. I highly recommend this product.

This "ultra tight" product is wonderful for cleaning the soft domes that sit in the ear canal. NOT just hearing aids but ANY earbuds or listening devices need Regular Cleaning and this product works wonders. Easy to use. A cap to protect the bristles plus the ideal thickness for my purposes. The contoured handle is a helpful design. Durable: I will use then rinse and reuse the next time. IMAGE 1 is the product, hearing aids, and a tape measure (for reference). 2 IS a hearing aid with the dome removed. Note the dome tip is open on two sides. 3 SHOWS the inner channel that attaches to the hearing aid. 4 IS the brush cleaning the dome tip. 5 SHOWS the brush cleaning the channel. 6 SHOWS the dome properly reattached. 7 IS the freshly cleaned and reassembled devices AND the product package with a single brush that will be put into the charging case. Our dentist gave a sample of the product to my wife to try and she really liked it. The soft bristles go between the teeth easily and address both plaque as well as matter between close fitting teeth.Because the picks are treated with a hygienic solution they can be used for up to 10 days and come with a protective cap.I expect we will be ordering this product on a regular basis
