These ended up being a toy of carrying the pins happily around the house rather than a bowling game -- but whatever works! The pins are perfectly sized for little hands to carry. The pins are squishy and have some give, not solid plastic.I'm giving it 4/5 because the ball that comes with is almost unsuable as it's made. Might as well have just given a ball, but the bowling ball holes are too shallow that it's tricky to hold -- and really difficult for toddlers to hold as intended. The happy pins more than make up for it!I do think that maybe they should have stuck to a theme of what animals are pins. All farm. All safari. Right now, it's not super cohesive -- but my 1-year-old doesn't care.

Fun for young children to bowl with. They love the different animal looks on the pins. They are soft flexible plastic and hold up to being stepped on or chewed on without damage. The ball is lightweight enough that even when I was hit in the face with it, it didn't hurt but heavy enough to knock the pins down. I recommend it!

I love this for my toddler. She loves animals and these are perfect for her to identify. They are hard but still able to squeeze them some. Perfect for inside or outside use

This was a big hit for my toddler, who picked up the concept of bowling surprisingly well. The ball itself is a little bit heavy and not at all bouncy, making for a pretty good bowling-esque experience. The three little finger holes in the ball are more like dimples and are totally just for show though. The only real gripe is there should be one more animal in order to make a reasonable bowling pin pyramid setup. Still, my toddler doesnt know better and enjoys it just fine. The toy also can go neatly back in its box for storage which is another plus

This is a cute little set and my granddaughter really enjoys it! It is very durable and safe to play with. The little pins are cute with fun character faces. They are made of a thick plastic material so they do not crush in or dent like some lighter-weight ones I have seen yet they are soft (like a bathtub rubber duck) so a toddler can’t whack themselves with them. The ball that comes with the set is the perfect size for a toddler to grasp. As noted in the description these would make great tub toys as well but to best be used in the tub they should not have a hole in the bottom that allows water to get in…and these do. I also wish there were 6 pins so you could set them up in a traditional bowling formation. Lastly, compared to other options on Amazon I think the price is a little high at $20…but they are nicely made and do come in a nice box suitable for wrapping as a gift.

I love this little bowling set. Be sure to break this toy out for your toddler when lots of adults are around so that you can amuse yourself with the adult antics! You might have to wrestle the bowling ball away from them so your kid can actually have a turn! That is how hilariously fun this toy is for little ones and big ones alike! Genius little toy invention!
