Love this scooter, got it on offer so it was even better but would still be great at the cheap original priceIt had great speed and a good battery life, the suspension is mile better than expected and will only get better as it gets more worn inHad an issue and it was resolved and sorted very quicklyHighly recommend this scooter and company

UPDATE: Be warned of a few things!My experience, it charged ok 'once'! , it's claimed 38kph only works on gear 3 (which it did in a mid air on its stand test) but it only performed at 27kph on flat smooth surface with no wind today first ride that's not a good sign, Up hill was terrible! 12kph then it stopped on a 5° incline!? used once! Used for 3km and showed only two bars low battery no where near the 38km claimed!? , and will no longer charge!. Being returned, this motor only performs like a 200w motor inside a 500w casing!! The over all construction is good, but the suspension is very tight and stiff with hardly any give with no way to adjust the damping and the small wheels feel the bumps and you will pop out of pot holes or up curbs it's quite harsh, unlike my B12 Classic by 8Tev 13.5" inch wheels 350w motor and takes me and a full bag of shopping up the hill no problem that's a 5-7° hill is not steep at all.Check every nut and bolt some were loose !Use Pro Allen keys not the ones supplied!Like Gorilla Grip by Bondhus.Even though I got the bars perfectly straight with the front wheel the main front light and steering column was off by about 5°degrees!, this was very frustrating, SO TO FIX, use decent Allen keys! The three locking nuts that secure the stem where the serial number is printed needs to be loosened only! Put a cushion over the back wheel and fold the bars and stem down flat with the screen display on the cushion aligned centrally (so you don't scratch it up!). You need to also Loosen two bolts in the centre of the stem once exposed, THEN you can adjust that alignment making sure to keep the front wheel straight, use a small seat and sit in front of the front wheel use both your feet as a wheel clamp. Make sure ALL those bolts are as tight as you can get them without over doing it like a torque wrench. I then found several other Allen bolts loose on the bars and stem. Awesome tyres but no cool Orange walls on the tyres like in the images, the RED LEDs that run the length of the board which would be nice if I could switch them out and use just the front back and indicators. They WILL get you seen but you will look like a UFO going up the road 😁 I'll use thick black electrical tape so only a few of the Red LEDS are showing at the back of the board.I'm disabled and can't afford a decent four wheel scooter (due to cuts) AND the landlords won't let me keep one at the property due to hallway fire regulations, the electric folding bike I bought IS way to heavy (Bodywel T16 performs slightly better! with only 250w motor!).This is heavy but about 6kg lighter than the bike so I can just about manage it on one flight of stairs.THE LAW IN THE UK: This really depends where you are in the UK. This scooter is not UK road legal ! know that going in! In Brighton the police treat scooters almost like in Spain, so wear a helmet ! Use lights and even buy an extra back light for your helmet like those Cats Eyes lights. Even a flouro green vest to show your visible and not an idiot. Don't weave around pensioners on the pavement. Don't take passengers or act like a fool in built up areas and they will leave you alone, they may stop you for being two up without helmets or lights. In Brighton I see many teenagers two up on Brightons Beryl Electric Bikes , I saw two guys on a One Wheel going fast on the same day on the London Road, skaters a plenty here in Brighton, and Wheely kids!. Pride 2024 two police were patrolling as I went past on my 8TEV scooter, one was going to pull me but the other one said "leave him we treat scooters in Brighton like cycles" I've past about 4 more police in Town in cars on my B12 Classic by 8TEV and they've been fine. One trick that may work is to hover over the power button if you see police POWER OFF, you could argue the scooter wasn't powered and you where coasting using foot power, as such it's technically only a push scooter. Back in the day we used to take the HT lead off our motorcycles to get away with off-road bikes being used down the beach, so the police couldn't prove we'd run the bike at all, unless the cylinder head was warm 😁⚡✨ good luck and be sensible. I'll give a full test review asap.Look for something that's getting sound reviews on YouTube etc. Some reviews here one exploded onhis first day. Cost me a lot of pain unboxing setting up now I have to box it up again 😔

Bought this new and put it onto charge and it blew up first time, trying to too get in touch with for a QR code to return it, but to no avail

terrible scooter brilliant when first arrived but after a month the tyre is severely degraded and gets a puncture and motor stops moving completely had to throw away . don’t buy!!!
